I am available by appointment and can be booked via text (please no texts before 10:00 am or after 7:00 pm) or my online calendar for 24 hour service ( Due to schedule difficulties I do not accept phone calls or voicemail). New clients please schedule the New Client Consultation for your first visit; this allows time for your consultation and assessment so that we can create a baseline to measure your improvement. If you have a shifting schedule and find it hard to book in advance, text 252.414.7809, provide your first and last name, and ask to be signed up for text notifications about weekly openings and last minute cancelations.
